[Lactate dehydrogenase in human oral neoplastic tissues].

要 旨:エ ナメル上皮腫,歯 肉癌 および唾液腺腫瘍 の各種 口腔領 域上皮性腫瘍組織 につ いて,DNA量 あた りのLDH活 性 とLDH isoenzyme patternを 正常対 照組織 と比較 して検討 した。 LDH活 性 は,Wroblewski and LaDueの 方 法に準 じてNADHの 吸光度変化 に よ り測 定 した。LDH isoenzyme patternは,Dietz and Lubranoの 方 法に準 じてdisc電 気泳動 によ り分離 し,Ressler氏 法の 変法 による染色液 で酵素活性 を検 出 しdensitometryに よ り求 めた。 その結果,一 般 に腫瘍組織 においてはLDH活 性の上昇が認 め られ た。 エナメル上皮腫 のLDHisoenzyme patternはLDH-3にpeakが み られ,仔 牛 エナメル器 のそれ と類似 していた。 悪性腫瘍 では,歯 肉の扁平上皮癌,未 分化癌 な どの ように対 照組織に比 してM-subunitの 増加 を示す もの と,腺 様嚢胞癌,悪 性 エナメル上皮腫 の ようにその ような傾向 を示 さない もの とが あった。 また ,悪性 エナメル上皮腫 の 原 発部位 と遠 隔転移 部の 腫瘍組織 に おい て,LDH潜 性な らびにLDH isoenzyme patternに 類似性がみ られた。 以上 のよ うな腫瘍 の酵 素学的性 質 よ り,腫 瘍細胞の高解糖能 との関連,な らび に口腔領域各種腫瘍組織 の chemical biopsyの 可能性 につ いて言及 した。
